If we look on the movie "Wednesday " It's not only a fiction movie but a lesson . 

 The Addams Family doesn't conform to societal norms. Their love of the grotesque, their peculiar hobbies, and their overall gothic aesthetic set them apart. This sends a message that it's perfectly acceptable to be unique and not fit into the mold. The main character of the movie , the daughter of Addams' family "Wednesday" defies societal norms and takes pride in being herself, even if she sometimes hurts other people's feelings, including her parents . Yet, it's a trait to admire since Wednesday knows who she is and won't change herself for anybody. 

It's a lesson often throughout The Addams Family: it's okay to be different .
